A lot of it is basic， be prepared and breath。 But， he has excellent examples of many situations he discusses。 I wish there had been real situations cited in the chapter keep calm and carry on。

I listened to this on audible。 I believe that was the best medium for this book - I love to listen to Mehdi。 If I read it， especially if I didn’t “know” him， I might have been put off by what might read as self-aggrandizing。 He’s truly remarkable at this trade and I will listen to this book probably several more times。
